Cole Newburg

Cole is a Phoenix, Arizona native who is now based in New York City. Cole grew up dancing at the Tempe Dance Academy until transitioning into the world of professional musical theatre at age 15. Since then, Cole’s work has been seen in over 20 productions across the country, on stages such as The St. Louis Muny, Broadway Sacramento at Music Circus, The Phoenix Theatre Company, Verizon Hall (with the Philadelphia Filharmonic Orchestra), at the University of Michigan (where he graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre) and, most recently, in the Broadway revival of GYPSY starring Audra McDonald. Cole is passionate about continuously finding opportunities to teach, coach, and collaborate.
